重頭戲,經過6日熟成嘅青森大間野生拖羅,魚味濃郁,而且口感軟嫩,油脂豐富,愛了愛了!🥰
另一重量級- 北海道東澤水產白海膽 配搭 清酒味淋筋子,每一啖都爆鮮!白海膽夠高質而且落重本,每塊都厚厚的,入口超鮮甜!一旁嘅筋子同樣脹卜卜,醃漬過帶甜味~
