Hey Boss~ Welcome To Facebook! After the longgggg conference call, finally we could leave the office. It was almost 10pm. We were starving and tired. Thanks to our super assistance, 3 of us popped into one of the restaurants we always go for lunch. As we were very hungry, we had a caesar salad and oyster set without taking pic. The oyster set was $298 with a bottle of wine. We chose Pacific rock and Scottish. They were fresh and just matched w the wine perfectly.
When this four cheese pizza came out, the air was filled with cheese aroma. The waiter recommended this pizza because kids love it. Well~ I think we are just big kids.
For the main course, we had grilled rib eye and suckling pig. The rib eye was tender. The grill marks brought a significant charcoal taste to the steak.The suckling pig skin was crispy yet the meat was very tender. The fat under the crispy skin went very well with the meat and the sauce. It was really juicy and succulent. I wonder if they have whole pig for takeaway.
This is what my super assistance had for drink. Looks cute but I was good with my wine. Anyway, 10pm still have good quality food. We were happy for that. And for sure we will try their fresh pasta next time~
