To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日都好正、同朋友去食旺角90分鐘放題火鍋！除左係任食之外、火鍋湯底亦都好多選擇、再加上今次我地係食最高級既牛肉，同埋其他火鍋配料多達一百種！今次同朋友食既呢間火鍋上菜嘅速度同配料都係超快上枱，再加上我覺得佢嗰個豬肚湯底幾好食、我哋今次揀咗豬肚胡椒湯！開頭落嘅時候就甘飲飲都覺得好正好入味！湯底裏面本身嘅豬肚酸菜份量都好足夠！話明今次係食高級牛肉、一定唔可以錯過牛舌，牛肩胛，同埋高質和牛、另外呢度嘅豬頸肉我都覺得好食肉質好滑嫩！仲有就係呢度嘅魚肉都好好食，唔會太多骨！另外當然唔可以錯過海鮮啦蜆類、帆立貝、鮑魚，海蝦、仲有花甲都應有盡有！重點係呢度竟然有海蜇頭可以食！質地好滑嫩爽滑！再加上都係任叫唔嬲好抵食！旺角一鍋堂火鍋專門店一鍋堂 (XX Arcade) (旺角)旺角豉油街60-104號XX Arcade東翼2樓
