To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 通常出街如果去飲手搖杯，我通常都會揀天仁茗茶，因為之前去台灣飲過一次之後覺得唔錯，所以返到嚟香港都會揀似佢。佢哋同台灣一樣都係可以揀冰同埋糖嘅份量，我通常都會去冰無糖，而913都係我唯一嘅選擇，＄16一杯，價錢唔貴，同台灣嘅價錢差不多，係大杯咖啡嘅份量，帶少許茶既苦澀味，飲出淡淡的茶味，有回甘嘅感覺，尤其而家夏天嘅時候飲一杯茶，真係可以消暑解渴。可惜旺角嘅分店唔多，除咗火車站之外，油麻地呢間分店長期喺假日都好多人，好彩等10分鐘都已經到手。
