To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久聞天后電氣道有間藥材味勁濃的牛腩麵店。今日特地落去試探虛實。陣陣藥膳味道傳到出店外，店內燈火通明，乾淨整潔，樓底很高，整體環境跟餐牌上食物的價格互相呼應，走中檔路線。坐下來吃麵，感覺像在餐廳用膳。我選了清湯蘿蔔爽腩米粉和炸魚皮，炸魚片非常鬆脆，配上一小碗濃湯，非常不錯。爽腩米粉賣相美觀，份量有點大，湯頭藥材味濃郁，牛腩份量適中，大件肉厚，咬下去沒有黏牙，鮮味無比，碗內附上3大件蘿蔔，清甜無渣，加上切得細碎的蔥花，整碗米粉味道非常之好！唯一可挑剔的，就只有室內的溫度。實在有點低，加上我食得慢，湯米很快就涼了下來...$78的清湯蘿蔔爽腩米，絕對物有所值！讚
