We have originally planned to eat at I love Istanbul. But we were there, we realize the store was not open and we had to walk to anothe street for its sister restaurant - I love Bali.

We were the only customers at that time and was seated quickly.
There was only set menu as the rest of dishes need to prebooked.

We decided to order set A and B which were the yougurt chicken and Turkish vegatarian mesh egg.

The service was super slowwww. We nearly fell asleep. Despite we tried to spend our time reading email, FB and openrice, the wait became unreasonable long. Soup was the first to come but we waited for 1/2 hr for our next dish which is the salad and 1 hr for the first main dish. However, no rice was served and that came another 1/2 hr to come.

There were other customers that came along but including us, there are only 3 tables and fewer than 8-10 people. We all waited and waited and waited.

When we were finally all served with our main dishes 1 1/2 hr after we have arrived. Our side dish - fries with home made yoghurt never come and everyone had to ask for it after we have completed our dishes. It finally came when we were about to give up and there is nothing with the dish - oil soaked fries with diluted yoghurt.
And we ate this so called side dish - not dessert (mind you) at the end of the course.

What we do not understand is that we have all ordered set meals and some of the dishes including rice can be premade or cut. Including fries, can they invest on fries maker to speed up the serving time. Unless you cab do hand made fried fries than those appliances - which is not since we are given oily badly fried fries.

We took 1/2 hr to finish our food but more than 1 1/2 to wait. In fact, they forgot about our drink. Though we came the earliest, we were served the last.

I can only say - don't go during lunch where they are badly short handed.

My hubby says he will not come again. We actually planned to have a quick meal as we have errands to run. At the end, we wasted our time in waiting.
