I reserved a table for 2 a week ago for lunch and went their 1/f restaurant for dinning today. Usually I went to 1/f for dining instead of the ground floor as ground floor is always packed with diners. However, today when I went to 1/f, the bartender told me that the shortage of manpower, they did not open 1st floor for diners. So I have to go back to the ground floor. Luckily, today is not full.
