I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Cupping Room in the Hong Kong Palace Museum and was blown away by the stunning sunset view from the cafe. The location of the cafe within the museum provides an idyllic setting to enjoy a refreshing drink or light bite, and the view of the sunset over the city was the cherry on top.I ordered an iced matcha latte and it was one of the best I have ever had. I ordered an iced matcha latte and it was one of the best I have ever had. The matcha flavor was rich and authentic, and the latte was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. The iced version was a great way to cool down on a warm day and provided a refreshing pick-me-up.
