We start with a wholesome Chinese watercress and pork ribs soup which is quite impressive and warming. The baked farmer’s bread is a signature here; super rich in taste with tomato sauce and melted cheese on top.

Despite just typical fish fillet and a slightly too soggy egg fried rice base, the huge bun is still hot and crispy which is absolutely enough to serve three to four people. Additionally, they also serve some more tomato sauce on the side.

While both the sesame spareribs and lemon chicken are both crispy, sticky, sweet and delicious, the steamed whole fish with scallions, ginger and soy sauce is a big favourite on the table. Serve along with a bowl of steamed jasmine rice, hmmmm!!!

Finally, I highly recommend trying some Hong Kong-style drinks such as a coca cola topped with chocolate ice cream, boiled egg in water, and pineapple punch with vanilla ice cream. They are perfect to complete the meal.
