I decided to give it try with a classic cha chaan teng item: the all day set ($62). This includes char siu with noodle in soup, scrambled eggs, slice of toast and a drink.
For the noodles, you get a choice of macaroni, instant noodles or rice noodles. I chose macaroni. A generous enough portion was provided. The soup tasted like a vegetable broth and there was no MSG. The macaroni was not too soggy. The char siu was basically sweet and savory wheat glutten.
The slice of toast was ok with a generous spread of butter. The eggs were over cooked and a bit tough. Slices of button mushrooms were mixed in.
The food was ok with not MSG detected. Service is a bit slow. But it's nice that there is a vegetarian option for those that don't eat meat.
