It was dinner time and we were thinking of eating in the Wanchai area. It was nice inside with a pretty drawing. Plenty of seats that were comfortable. At each table there was a charging plugs for your laptop or phone. WiFi was free and very strong as well.

Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. Sets come with a standard drink with possible upgrades. They also have add ons available.

Boyfriend ordered from the Breakfast menu: Pan Fried Chicken Steak With Scrambled Egg, Baked Beans and Toast ($45). This was impressive looking. The chicken steak was well seasoned and juicy. The scrambled eggs were soft and fluffy. There was a side of salad that was dressed with sesame dressing. The toast was a slice of sourdough bread. The quality was completely unexpected.

I ordered from the afternoon tea set and had a Deep Fried Fish Fillet Burger With Salad and French Fries ($48). It was larger than expected. The fish fillet was a whole slice of white fish and nicely fried. The bun was fluffy and soft. There was a crispy lettuce, onions and slice of tomato. The salad was dressed with sesame dressing. It was quite good.

The fries was also a generous portion. It was also seasoned with  something that tasted like Cajun spices. They were also piping hot and crisp. Very decent fries.

We were impressed. Generous portions and not expensive. Food tasted good. We later found out that this is the cafe concept version of the popular cha chaan teng 檀島咖啡餅店 (English name: Honolulu Coffee Shop). Most likely testing waters. But so far, it's pretty good and I'll be back.
