To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Spending my family breakfast gathering in kam gei (shau kei wan) was pretty nice experience. We arranged to the cart seats with privacy. Staff didnt rush or being pushy. Ginger scallion beef vermicelli was savoury. A little oily but hot enough. Right amount of ginger and scallions. Generous of beef and not tough at all. Butter toast could be warmer and crunchier.

Porridge was in a big portion. Very milky but not sweet. Hot enough. Scrambled egg in sandwich was still runny but not drippy that not a big mess created. Easy to eat.

Coffee here was nice with good roasty smell. Suitable for regular coffee eater to spend their first day intake here 😂

All in all, not bad!
