Tonight I met up with a friend in this rather new Italian restaurant. It is close to Fortress Hill mtr Station which is convenient to find. The restaurant has different style of seats. We have chosen indoor seats but it also offer outside seats which would be chill for some occasions. We ordered a crab shell as appetizer. King prawn spaghetti is super delicious. It has rich tomato taste with little spicy. The king prawn is large in size and without shell. I loved it a lot that tried to make a similar one for my mom during mother's day. I noticed that they added some cooked sashimi in the spaghetti but those sashimi isn't taste very fresh.
The wagyu rib eye is very thick and juicy, with roasted vegetables at the side. We ordered medium which is all right.
For dessert we ordered the signature Black Truffle Alaska. It is ice cream with cake layers. The waiter helped to add alcohol and burn it in front of us. The black truffle was added at the end. It has loads of black truffle with very strong taste. Must try for truffle lovers!!
