My parents phoned me to say that we should meet up for dinner this coming weekend, so i think of few chinese restaurants to dine at. Finally we decided for Cheerful Sky Cuisine restaurant, since we have not dined there before and it was very spacious. It was located at Manulife Financial Centre, around 11 minutes walk from Kwun Tong MTR. Being a Guangdong cuisine restaurant, they served a wide variety of dishes, from seafood, meat, vegetables, noodles, fried items and drinks etc. Crispy chicken

Crispy chicken - We requested for half portion so that we can try more dishes. The skin was roasted till golden brown, and was crispy and thin in texture. The meat was soft and smooth, but was slightly salty though.
Fried mustard with shrimp - It was fried till crispy outside, and yet the prawn meat inside was still chewy and juicy. The sauce helped to enhance the flavour of the prawn, but there is only slight mustard taste.
Oupa fillet with spring onion - The fish fillet was very chewy and meaty, able to taste the freshness too. It was very flavourful as well, with strong onion taste and was juicy.
Seasonal vegetable with crispy garlic in superior soup - The vegetables were cooked till crunchy and juicy, and the soup was clear and sweet. Garlic helped to enhance the taste of the soup and vegetables as well.
