Ethos was such a cozy place to chill with friends. It’s spacious and they offered a variety of food and beverages and even cakes. The blue cheese burger caught my attention when I was browsing the menu! And I decided to get it! The burger was served in such a big portion, with fries and some green as side dishes. The beef patty was very juicy and topped with a spread of blue cheese. The blue cheese was not as pungent as I expected, it was acceptable and it made the burger has another distinct taste! I like the bun as well, it’s nicely warmed and grilled.
My friends ordered the chicken avocado pasta and the portobello pasta with pesto sauce. Chicken and avocado, I never thought they are matched! For the portobello pasta, it’s meatless however the pasta was perfectly cooked and mixed well with pesto sauce. The lunch set came with a soup of the day which was the mushroom soup and Hot/Cold brew tea. I ordered the cold brew tea and I was surprised when I took the first sip! I like the tea as it had a strong aroma and it’s not like those complimentary tea that was so diluted and tasteless.
