They have a large variety of dishes and beverages considering it is not a very large restaurant. It was nice, I love your creativity. And I've always loved blue cheeses. The ingredients they use were good.
I am more drawn to old-fashioned traditional poutines though. French fries just seem to go better with cheese curds and thick brown gravy instead of strong smelly cheeses and liquidy tomato base sauce. And what makes Quebec's poutines so flavorable has a lot to do with the potatoes they use.
