朋友介紹銅鑼灣開左新既日本餐廳, 星期日訂檯試下. 今天order 西班牙紅蝦烏冬and 剌身定食.先上個刺身定食, 魚生很新鮮, 份糧比一般日本餐廳大好多. 輪到西班牙紅蝦烏冬, 賣點當然係隻紅蝦, 比虎蝦大好多, 長過隻手掌. .隻紅蝦既肉質比較軟, 唔算彈牙, 但係蝦味很豐富; 蝦膏用來炒烏冬, 見師傅(用鐵板)炒除左用蝦膏之外, 只係落左好少其他調味料, 但係食落好有鮮味, 用鐵板另一個好訖係唔油膩得黎好香口. 最後上埋用蝦頭煮既miso soup, 正!. 個人認為最有驚喜係蝦腳, 煎香後送酒一流!一
