As an enthusiastic matcha fan, I'm always ready to try any matcha flavored snacks/drinks/desserts, so imagine my excitement when I read about Sinmei Tea from a magazine. The food turned out pretty decent, though I must admit I was slightly disappointed. I look for a rich and thick matcha flavor, and only a couple of them are satisfying.
