I'm not too sure why there is so much hate on this store - its a great grab (freshly made) and go store, with a quick and efficient payment method/process.Not many of these left in this location, who offers a generous serving AND acceptable price for the Central HK standards.Salad bar offers small or large serving - and the servers will stuff it full of salad of your choosing (refer to my photo below).  Up to 5 choices for the large salad serving.  Normally on offer is a Caesar salad, waldorf sa

Salad bar offers small or large serving - and the servers will stuff it full of salad of your choosing (refer to my photo below).  Up to 5 choices for the large salad serving.  Normally on offer is a Caesar salad, waldorf salad, a soy sauce broccoli and mushroom mix, kale and pomegranate salad, sugar peas/egg/barramundi (fish) salad, corn salad, and some pasta/noodle salad dish.

 It's not like a gourmet mastermind - but a decent place for a quick bite with selections from salad, to a curry/rice with side meal or sandwich, which are normally under $90HKD.   However I do note the salads don't really pack a lot of 'protein' ... but I guess more vitamin C?
It's a great place to get your daily dose of greens without getting a pity-serve from the other more well known salad places.
