a Delicious dinner on secluded island

With a fd recommendation, I come and try "Chef de Yim Tin" private dinner, it's a 8-courses fine dinning. Display of the dishes are fabulous and the tastes are out of expectations. My fav are abalone, tomato gazpacho and A5 wagyu. I'm absolutely full and feeling satisfied with enjoying sunset and moonlight here, very secluded island totally doesn't feel like in HK, a very special night. I'm already missing the dinner when i'm taking owner's yacht back to Sai Kung.
