Dipping them in water and vinegar enhances the sweetness and freshness of the crab meat. This is one of the most delicious crabs I have ever had.

In the preparation process, the chef puts crab roe, shredded crab meat, crab roe, raw quail egg, and chives inside the crab shell and then grills it. It has a thicker texture, a slightly salty taste, and a roasted aroma. Spreading the crab roe, filled with crab meat and roe, on top of the rice cake creates a rich and layered taste experience!
