I heard about this restaurent for a quite a while and decided to give a try on 5 Feb for lunch. Quite 水靜河飛 during my visit, might be due to the Chinese New Year holiday. I ordered a medium flat iron steak on the set lunch menu. The steak was less than warm and neither tender nor juicy. I'm a meat eater and I was hurry but i just gave it up after consuming 1/3 of the steak. It was an unhappy experience, especially in new year time.
