Very disappointing experience..Our second visit and we plan to use the HKD 50 coupons we got at their grand opening by signing up as a member. However, during our visit today, when we were at the cashier, the staff told us we could only use one coupon at a time. We explained that we were specifically told by the staff on the day of their opening that we could use multiple coupons at a time. She then raised her voice and in a rude and condescending manner said they would allow us to use two coupons just this once. Her manner made us feel extremely uncomfortable. This was an awful experience and I don’t think I will ever revisit.
