📍順景食店Am sure it is not a hidden gem as it is quite well known by others but this is my first time trying 順景’s 清湯腩打邊爐 and it’s freaking amazing! The broth is flavorful yet clear. Super generous in the amount of beef with a variety of parts, so that you can try different textures and flavors. It came with Chinese celery, sweet corn, turnip and some veggies. As it’s located in a 熟食中心, you can choose to buy it as take away and enjoy it at home. But you have to bring your own container for the hot soup! It’s very worth the hustle!
