Lesson 1:
For all bar/restaurant owners- it's great for your staff to get the best seats in your new joint or to sit at pride of place at eh bar and feel comfortable, but will very easily alienate your (potential) customers.
Your staff will love it and keep coming back (for as long as you can afford to pay them) bit your customers won't.

Lesson 2:
Don't serve apple juice with mould floating in it, or whatever it was.
