Went here as the roast looked neat from the outside.They had roast dishes and Hong Kong style dishes like curry and noodles etc.It was really hard deciding on the roast because there was so much to choose from.We were really fortunate the boss came over and explain the type of roasts and how to order.I ordered the Roast ribs with Suckling pig and rice while my friend had the Roast pork with goose and noodles.I had to admit the roast pork was really good because it was soft and lean.The suckling

I had to admit the roast pork was really good because it was soft and lean.
The suckling pig was really lean with a perfectly crisp skin and the ribs were sweet and sticky Hong Kong style.
Another must eat is the Roast Belly where there are two types.
The one we had was again really crispy and you can see how perfectly distributed the fat and meat is.
I really enjoyed my roast because it reminded me of the delicious lunch boxes the crew would order and the roast belly was a good as the roast used in Chinese offerings!
Finished with a sweet pineapple punch which was served in a nice pink tumbler.
