It was a sunny Sunday, my friend and I planned to embrace the holiday with a nice breakfast,before a long hike at the Peak.It was our first time to eat at the Flying Pan!Since we arrived there early (at around 10:30), we got a nice window seat.There were so many choices on the menu,and we found it so difficult to decide what to eat!There were so many things we would like to try! It was our first time to eat at the Flying Pan!
Since we arrived there early (at around 10:30), we got a nice window seat.


There were so many choices on the menu,
and we found it so difficult to decide what to eat!
There were so many things we would like to try!

The toastswere crunchy,egges were smooth, tomatoes were nicely grilled.

The egg benedicts were yummy!

What surprised us were the spice apples, I like how they were caramelized with a bit of sugar & cinnamon)
