You can have either 3 courses or 4 courses. The food is great. It's not like most HK restaurants where you get the main ingredient and some salads on the side. Here, all of the side ingredients are chosen to match the main. We tried the ox tail with artichoke, chanterelle mushrooms, foie gras with pancake, squash soup with blue crabs, waygu beef cheeks with steak, tuna. Everything was delicious. The ingredients were of very good quality where by itself already tasted great but were wonderful the way it was cooked and matched with the sides. The desserts are a must try. I would say one of the best in HK because it's satisfying and homey but at the same time very innovative and beautifully presented. We had pear and goat cheese baked in a beggar’s purse and pineapple financiar cake, which is baked when ordered. Simply delicious!
