I am not going to repeat what had been said in the previous reviews and I will just provide some highlights of my experience at Louise.Personally, I like the setting of the lounge area better than the dining room. The 2 of us arrived at 6-ish for dinner and we were the only 2 customers there whilst the staff are busy doing preparation. Personally, I like the setting of the lounge area better than the dining room. The 2 of us arrived at 6-ish for dinner and we were the only 2 customers there whilst the staff are busy doing preparation. We sat very close to the open kitchen and the noise from the backroom was quite vivid - I thought I was sitting at a fast food restaurant LOL. Anyhow, the dining room setting is quite casual, probably it's my misconception that it's a fine dining.

We didn't go for the signature menu and couple of comments re the dishes we tried:

Smoked organic egg, chorizo, buckwheat
- highly recommend this appetizer, the presentation is good, the combination of ingredients is incredible. I really enjoyed the smoky crunchy taste.

French beef tenderloin rossini
- we had a hard time to pick the main course to share and we debated a little bit between the roasted HK yellow chicken vs the beef tenderloin, finally we went with this one in order to match the red wine
- the tenderloin is super tender, stewed with mushrooms and veggies; a homey dish indeed
- however, I will definitely go for the yellow chicken next time coz the presentation is awesome and I was drooling seeing the dish being served at other tables

Pommes soufflées 
- this French fried potato was served alongside the beef tenderloin and I like them so much. It melted right away when I dipped it in the beef tenderloin source then these pommes soufflées are not offered in a lot of restaurants in HK

Melba peach, verbena whipped ganache, raspberry juice
- I ordered this dessert even though I am not a dessert fan and the staff said I made the right choice since this Melba peach is the lightest choice in the menu

Other Info. : I reckoned that there's a lounge menu available and the burger looks yummy...I may come back for the happy hour!
