Have to admit this is one of my favourite desert places in Hong Kong, if not my favourite. It is certainly a must try on Hong Kong Island. Have visited it for several times, and have never been disappointed by it. In the past visits, I have the honour to try their various crepes as well as daily desserts. The one to which I have particular recollection is its banana toffee cake and cheese cake. For the former, the toffee, banana and cream simply striked a proper balance and the combination of having all 3 in one go was just perfect. As to the cheese cake, its taste was unique. It was not as "heavy" as the oridnary cheese cake and got a refreshing lemon fragrance in each bite.
Generally, their choice of ingredients were also superb and I can assure you the same quality can never been found at the same price elsewhere in Hong Kong.
The only fallback is that the place was located quite remotely. The problem however will probably be solved later when MTR service extends into this area.
I always enjoy having their special desserts. Hope that this place will last.
