Another starter was this Fried Chicken with fish sauce caramel and homemade Sriracha sauce. The boneless chicken itself was very juicy and tender. And the homemade sauce topped up the flavor of the fried chicken so much that the chicken were chopstick licking good!

We ordered two mains to share. First one is this Roasted Cauliflower, with rich coconut milk flavor, and delicious caramelised pork kho quet (minced pork) at the bottom.

Another main was a 1/2 Grilled Lemongrass Spring Chicken with lettuce wrap, house pickles, mixed herbs & rice vermicelli. The mixed herbs made a great dressing for the spring chicken. I couldn’t quite taste the hint of lemongrass, probably masked by the nice grilled flavor. The chicken itself was again very smooth and juicy.

I didn’t quite touch the raw lettuce wrap, so I didn’t really make a “roll” with the chicken, pickles and rice vermicelli. I kinda eat them separately. The pickles weren’t very sour, which I adore very much. The rice vermicelli was quite nice too, as it wasn’t too sloppy nor lumpy.

This great lunch ended with a daily dessert of vanilla ice cream with caramel and nuts. Love everything about this little dessert.
