A hidden gem in old TST

I was looking through what to have for my friend's birthday dinner and found this restaurant. Fine food with 5-star services. The side dish "grilled vegetables" was out of our expectations, considering the chef's choice of vegetables, we ended up ordering 2 grilled vegetables. The waitresses kept refilling water from time to time. Birthday dessert was FREE 🤩🤩🤩 ~ and when I got the bill, there was an extra 30% off due to Halloween promotion! Too many nice suprises tonight!
