Just a heads-up, this was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had in Hong Kong and I’m not going to be easy on them. If you’re planning to eat here, I strongly suggest you to think again and simply forget about it.Let’s jump right into the food. Let’s jump right into the food. We ordered a scallops carpaccio, sweet potato fries, mac n cheese and cauliflower pizza to share. The scallop carpaccio tasted alright, despite tiny portion and totally overpriced. The nightmare started when they served the mac n cheese with the soft boiled egg slipping out of the pan and made a mess on the table. The image was surely not very appetising. See below.

Their version of Mac n Cheese is a blend and mushy broccoli and cauliflower mash with macaroni, topped with a soft boiled egg. Did they forget my cheese? If you’re putting an unbelievable amount of vegetables in a mac n cheese, might as well call it a veggie stew with a little macaroni. Mac and cheese is supposed to be gooey, cheesy, something comforting and satisfying and this was nothing like that. Let’s just say a frozen mac n cheese tastes a whole lot better than this.

I was traumatised after eating a whole lot of mushy cauliflower, and definitely not looking forward to the cauliflower pizza. This pizza with shrimp and fish was drowned in thousand island dressing and ketchup and that’s pretty much all you can taste. Again, tiny portion and overpriced.

I don’t think I can eat cauliflower in a very long time and I’d rather starve myself than to come here again for food.
