A horrible lunch

Went to the place with my friend because everywhere else was closed. We ordered two lunch sets, which looked very nice on the pictures in the menu. The lunch sets included a soup, side dishes (3-4) and a drink. However after waiting for 40 minutes what we got were only two soups that tasted quite awful, as if they just added water to leftovers and two glasses of water. Overall the service was ok, the food horrible, I wonder if we just got unlucky in that particular case..
