Whenever I'm at the airport, I'm usually stuck with whatever is at the food court. They do have sit down restaurants but none of them really interest me. Spaghetti House anyone? Upon sitting down, the hostess asked what time boarding was. This was to check to make sure you have enough time to dine.

Then they gave me a menu.  Menu is in English and Chinese. There are several burger selections as well as other food  like pasta.

They had some fancy British ketchup. Tasted like HP sauce.

I ordered an ice peppermint tea ($39). This was ok but just not minty enough.

I did a simple cheese burger ($119). I didn't want fries as I knew I'd have airplane food later. It was not a big size. For $119, it was pretty small. But hey! Quality over quantity, right? A soft buttery brioche bun was used and wow. Great bun. There were sweet caramelized onions and gooey cheese.  There was the right amount of their special sauce which was very tangy.

I asked for a medium rare and got a medium rare. The patty was soft and moist. Super juicy. The hamburger held together well and didn't fall apart on me while I ate. No messy juices slid down my hands. This was a well made burger.

A bit pricey but pretty good. As this is the airport, they don't offer the lunch specials like their other branches in the city center. But then that is the case with all the restaurants in the airport. Service was pretty good though sometimes hard to get a hold of. Staff do follow up on things such as asking if my drink arrived yet. They also do make sure you are out the door quickly so you don't miss your flight.
