having tasted a variety of noodles in the Hung Hom area, this particular experience was a little disappointing.  though the portion is generous and the it came with a free plate of chicken wings (which were good!) i found the soup to be far too plain for my taste.  also the chilli they use to spice the soup is far too peppery, which was overpowering - perhaps that was what made the soup taste poor.  on a better note the staff were very friendly, and maybe for some who prefer lighter noodles this
