I haven't had a galette for a while so decided to fix my cravings with a savoury one.Decided to try Ecrepe as it was new.Normally I go to LC or O delice.There were many choices and the combinations were different.I ordered the OMEGA which had olives and Feta cheese.When it came, there was a lovely cheesy smell and the edges were crisp while the centre was soft.It was simply delicious dipping the crispy edges into the runny yolk and the rest of the galette was just how I liked it because it was p
