To keep it short, the lunch buffet was a decent, very reasonably priced option, especially for Central at around $90. They change there selection slightly each time, but the staple dishes include:Chicken TikkaChicken MasalaSaag (usually fish)Egg curryDahlVegetable currySauteed/steamed vegetablesPlain and garlic naanSamosasPakorasSpring rollsBasmati and plain ricePapadumsMixed cold saladPudding balls (can't remember what they're actually called but way too sweet for my liking so I wouldn't touch

Pudding balls (can't remember what they're actually called but way too sweet for my liking so I wouldn't touch them)
The food tasted good, especially the chicken tikka, which has a mild spice to it but the meat is moist and succulent. Unlike other places though, no drink (like a tea or lassi) is included, but they do have some sort of orange squash you can try.
FINAL VERDICT:
SIMPLE, REASONABLY PRICED, NICE TASTING LUNCH WITH A GOOD SELECTION
