Honestly, not a good experience. We ordered a burger and a pork belly roasted with salt. It's a Monday lunch time and the restaurant was not crowded. But we took 45 minutes to get the burger and more than an hour to get the pork. We didn't know what happen in the kitchen. Ridiculously, when the "medium raw" burger was served it's done and cold. The potato chips were cold and oily. The pork was dry and hard. I feel sorry this lunch ruined my birthday staycation.
