Opened lately in Leighton Road Causeway Bay, it is a new branch of the BRICK LANE family where has taken up the old location of Agnes b. Le Pain Grille. We started off with a red prawn linguine! The pasta sauce is phenomenal made by blending together prawn shells and the rest of its oil, giving a rich and intense prawn flavor. The linguine pasta is made excellently al dente, cooked nicely with cherry tomatoes and sliced button mushrooms, whilst the red prawn itself is super large in size and very meaty.

While the aftertaste from the red prawn is remarkably delicious, another signature at BRICK LANE impresses me even more – Beer Can Chicken! Roasted over a beer can, the steam from the beer cooks the inside of the whole chicken, which makes it juicy and succulent.

The whole roasted chicken has an even exterior browning, skin is somewhat crackly and tasty, very well seasoned and serve aside grilled zucchini, asparagus, baked potatoes and a gravy sauce.
