A new member to the Sheung Wan coffee hub, On Time Coffee is an ideal place for chilling out with some friends over a warm beverage on a cold winter day, which is exactly what we did!The drinks we ordered both came with pretty latte art and a super cute cat spoon. A new member to the Sheung Wan coffee hub, On Time Coffee is an ideal place for chilling out with some friends over a warm beverage on a cold winter day, which is exactly what we did!

The drinks we ordered both came with pretty latte art and a super cute cat spoon. The hojicha latte had a roasty tea flavor and slightly sweet yet smoky taste, making it very easy to drink the whole thing in one go. As for the latte, the espresso flavor was quite strong but it wasn’t bitter at all due to the steamed milk.

Buckwheat Salad with Japanese Soba Noodles

Food-wise, the chewy soba noodles were served on top of a salad dressed with sweet black vinegar, making it a very healthy dinner choice. We waited longer for the kagoshima steak, which was a little more cooked than we had preferred.
