This is probably one of my favourite japanese restaurants in hong kong. for lunch they do a variety of sashimi donburis which are all pretty good. the japanese owner-chef appears to be a traditional japanese old manso I was surprised to find some rather innovative donburi styles on the menu , such as the garlic mayo tuna - don (written as "mayo-don" on the menu) which turned out to be one of my favourite donburis @ kosyu. For dinner i would recommend the sashimi platter, and also the fried fish

For dinner i would recommend the sashimi platter, and also the fried fish. The noodle dishes are less spectacular but this is not supposed to be kosyu's forte after all. Come for the sashimi and seafood!
