There are many cafes / restaurants and we love to have a better view, so we looked for the place at upper floor..The location of The Dispensary is excellent, upper floor and can view the Parade Ground from the terrace. .Less variety of non-alcoholic beverages, we ordered “not guilty” & “off duty” and some dim sum which were all very good. Steamed barbecued pork buns were so delicious..Service is average good. Staff in the bar are more friendly then the receptionists and waiters..This is a g
