To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. It has been a while since my last visit to Nepal🇳🇵. I've always missed their momo (Nepalese dumplings), it has been my favorite Nepalese food since then. One day when I was browering Openrice, I noticed this restaurant, and asked my other two friends if they would like to try out some Nepalese cuisine. We had our booking at 7pm. The restaurant is decorated as a jungle, with plants, colors lighting and chill music!😌

✦ Chicken Momo🥟
This was on my must try list! My favorite of the night.
I picked fired momo, however it wasn't serve with a steamer... I guess I have to order steam momo for the steamer lol. The momos were crispy and tasted good with the spicy sauce.

✦ Pani Puri
My friend ordered this one without knowing what's this.
It was served with some soup, the staff recommend to pour over one as a time. The taste was quite interesting, it wasn't like other food we had before, the ball was crispy, there're lots of spices inside, lots of favor, mostly salty, wasn't our favorite dish.

✦ Thai Chicken Pizza🍕
Pizza was great, the pizza base was good, lots of ingredients, but a little bit too spicy for me.

What surprised us the most was the staff, after they knew it was my friend's birthday, they took the initiative to take picture of us with a instant cameras, and returned us a birthday card with the picture! Wow! What a service! We didn't expected that at all!
