I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant which boasted an old-school Cha Chaan Teng style with its cosy booths and round tables, possibly seating more than 50 customers at a time. Being close to the Prince Edward MTR station made it easy to reach the restaurant and the many shops around made for a great afternoon. The cuisine is perfect for anyone new to Hong Kong with a very diverse and extensive menu featuring both local as well as Hong Kong style
western cuisine, like the heavenly toast with condensed milk and peanut butter which we had during our visit. They also have typical city eats and drinks like the famous red bean ice, which was absolutely delicious. As a non-local myself, I would definitely recommend this to people visiting Hong Kong for the first time, or those looking for a quiet afternoon with a Hong Kong from a yesteryear, instead of what has now been hidden under the many global fast food chains.
