I met up with one of my good friends for dinner tonight and since both of us loved to drink alcohol and eat meat, we suggested Yakiniku Shin. As we intended to drink tonight, we chose their all-you-can-drink for 90 minutes for $248 per person, drinking sake, beer, soft drinks and tea. For drinking sake, there is a vending machine located outside for us to choose from, with 18 flavours. To drink it, we need to scan QR code to the sake we select and press the button to dispense the sake. The flavours i selected were smooth and easy to drink, go well with those grilled meat we ordered.

Assorted beef set - This set was highly recommended by the waitress and we saw alot of tables ordered it as well. It came in 7 types of beef and vegetables, namely Japanese Wagyu beef flanken ribs, Japanese Wagyu lifter meat, Wagyu ribs, US beef short ribs, top blade steak, ox tongue and beef heart. There were alot of marbling on those meat and were advised to eat from right to left. They were grilled till tender and juicy, with 3 sauces provided for us to dip with.

Crab shell with miso hamayaki - Miso hamayaki was cooked in a crab shell and was grilled till thick in texture and creamy, very flavourful. It goes well with the cracker, which was crispy.

White eel - The skin of the white eel was grilled till thin and crispy and yet the fish meat was still chewy and smooth. Soy sauce and BBQ sauce were provided for us to dip into.

Yuzu sorbet - The waitress was generous with the serving of sorbet, which was huge and round in shape. Yuzu was sweet and refreshing, with strong yuzu taste.
