Set on the ground floor of Tuve Hotel, Superhooman is a place takes on modern yet industrial-chic design, combining raw concrete wall, exposed ceiling ducts, rusted metal doors, accented with some quirky touches that add up to a low key yet stylish ambience.

They’re recently rolled out a brand new 4-course Dinner Tasting Menu, starting from $298. With a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian options, you’re sure to find something to delight your taste buds.

On a side note, Superhooman is one of the few dog-friendly restaurants in the area, they are more than happy to make room for them, there’s even a special menu just for your furry buddy to enjoy.

A refreshing vegetarian starter - Grilled Australian Asparagus served with Kumquat Yuzu Salted Egg Hollandaise. A complex citrus twist brings an unexpected flavour to the dish, and it matched so well together and balanced off beautifully.

The combination of orange and pumpkin may sound a bit strange, but the zesty flavour from the orange makes it far more interesting than the ordinary, and it added another layer of flavour to the soup.

This pan seared chicken was juicy, tender, finished off with Morel Mushroom and Chicken Sauce to keep the flesh moist and added richness.

⏺Scallop (+$28)

The Hokkaido Scallop was pan seared with thin layer of crisp on the outside and tender inside. The Orange Bell Pepper Sauce added some nice citrusy and sweet flavours to the dish.

⏺Lobster Bisque (+$28)

The lobster bisque was thick and rich, one thing that I particularly like is the accompanying seafood, mussels and shrimps.

⏺Red Prawns Risotto (+$48)

The risotto was very flavourful with thick and rich lobster bisque coating on each grain. The red prawns were perfectly executed, tender and succulent.

It is always the perfect ending with a sweet treat! A playful sweet and sour combination with Jasmine Mousse, Bergamot Sherbet and Homade Fruit Soft Candy. All the ingredients were in different textures that gave out its unique flavour.
