Pacific Coffee is always my go-to place when I have to wait for hours. I tried nearly all pies, bagels and muffins in this chain cafe but I have to say smoked salmon and goat cheese quiche is the best!There’s plenty of goat cheese stuffed inside the quiche, which are soft, smooth and viscous in texture. The smoked salmon is not too salty, and it matches with the goat cheese a lot. I usually add some ketchup on top to give it some sour and sweet flavour.A good place to relax and maybe do some rea
