The staff are Koreans, I talked to waitress who served us, she came to HK for working holiday! WOW!

With the Korean pop backgroud music, it really gave me a feel of Korea!

We ordered three dishes all togeher.

The first one was Bamboo Grilled Pork Belly ($ 128)
The waitress told us (in Putonghua
) that the bambo was used to keep the juiciness of the pork. And the belly was best when cutting it in to 8mm thick.
While she was cutting it, we girls were too exited taking photos
,
and she patiently waited until we finished
.

The pork was really juciy and tender, I just couldn't stop eating it!
(Who cares about getting fat!

Then came the second dish-Boneless Rib Fingers ($ 140).
The waitress suggested us to serve it with some salt,
but I preferred eating it with lettuce.
The beef was not as juicy as the pork, but the flavour was good!

The last dish- Spicy Cheese Baby Ribs ($ 230), came with the sizziling sound.
This is the best dish of the night I would say,

the ribs were tender, and the flavour is rich.
And it made a perfect match with cheese and rice cake. Yum yum!
