To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I recently visited Momoku at MOKO mall and tried their octopus bibimbap and fried chicken with molten cheese. I must say, both dishes were absolutely delicious!

The octopus bibimbap was served in a hot stone bowl, which kept the rice crispy and warm throughout the meal. The octopus was cooked to perfection, and the savory sauce and vegetables complemented its flavor nicely. It was a perfect balance of flavors and textures.The fried chicken with molten cheese was equally impressive. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the molten cheese added a rich, decadent flavor. Despite being on the heavier side, the dish was definitely worth it.

One thing I should mention is that the prices at Momoku are quite cheap compared to other Korean restaurants in the area. Both dishes were very satisfying and filling, and the quality of the food was top-notch. Additionally, the service was excellent - the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our meal.

I highly recommend Momoku for anyone looking for affordable and delicious Korean food. The octopus bibimbap and fried chicken with molten cheese are both must-tries, and I'm definitely looking forward to returning to Momoku soon!
